Staff at Wallace Road Nursery

Mrs Kim Baxter is the Head Teacher. She has a National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH) and she has overall responsibility for the professional leadership and management of the nursery.

Ms Clare Murray is the nursery teacher. She has a Bachelor of Arts and a Graduate Certificate in Education. Clare has the overall responsibility for the teaching and learning of all the children in the nursery.

Miss Catherine Jones is a Nursery Nurse with key-worker responsibilities. She is the curriculum ICT Coordinator and she manages the nursery website. Catherine is a BECTA ICT in Practice award winner.

 Mrs Claire Gilbert has a Bachelor of Education degree. Claire has key-worker responsibilities, and she is the curriculum co-ordinator for the outside area.

Miss Valerie Johnson is the Senior Administrative  Officer. Val has an NVQ Level 3 in School Administration and the European Computer Driving License. Val also has an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and Education.

Mrs Wendy Morris is a Nursery Nurse with key-worker responsibilities. Wendy also works in the nursery office for one day a week.

Miss Sam Frost supports children who have Special Educational Needs, language difficulties and those children who have English as a additional language. Sam is also the Lunch Club Supervisor.

Mrs Sherrill Robinson has an NVQ Level 3 in Child-Care Learning and Development. Sherrill has key-worker responsibility for the well-being and care of the children who stay all day. Sherrill also works in the Lunch Club.

"Sherrill, her make sure everyone doesn't fall off the chairs when its pack lunch time."

"Sherrill, gives out the names and puts out the lunch boxes."

Mrs Beckie Hollowell is a Nursery Assistant, who works in the nursery four days a week. Beckie has a BTEC Qualification in Health Studies and an ICP in Childminding. Beckie supports the well-being and personal hygiene care of all the children, which includes healthy snacks and drinks.
